Specify architecture

The specific platform architecture cannot be determined from your selection. If the architecture is known, please select it from the Architecture drop-down menu below. If not, please enter the 12-digit System ID of the PacketLogic in the System ID field to determine the architecture. The System ID is available in the information field at the bottom in the PacketLogic Client when connected to the system, or from System Administration -> Information -> Machine ID in the CLI.

If neither of the options apply, it is safe to try one of the architectures. The update procedure will refuse to install a firmware for the wrong architecture.
