Sandvine is consolidating and updating its download sites. As a result signature updates will no longer be available on download.proceranetworks.com. To continue to download signatures on releases of PacketLogic / ActiveLogic prior to version 22.24.00 installing signatures-sv-psf.tar.gz.gpg is recommended.
Firmware and DRDL signatures have been migrated from download.proceranetworks.com to files.support.sandvine.com. This feature ensures a seamless transition for existing customers who use the CLI to upgrade firmware and signatures. For this purpose a transition package has been created which enables a seamless authentication to files.support.sandvine.com.
Note: Target audience for this bulletin is customers using any PacketLogic/ActiveLogic, Maestro or Elements firmware prior to 22.24.
Important: Ensure you have a valid email address and password registered at files.support.sandvine.com.
To download firmware from files.support.sandvine.com, authentication is required. The account will be disabled after five consecutive login failures. To unlock the account please reach out to www.sandvine.com/support.

To be able to download and install a signature it is required to first download a PSF transition package 'signatures-sv' which provides the authentication and download functionality to files.support.sandvine.com.
Follow the below procedure to upload the 'signatures-sv' to the Upgrade files area.
Run system psfs install signatures-sv to install the transition package.
